Product Description
MYREAL calcium silicate 220 is taking inorganic siliceous and calcareous as material and treated by special technology such as high temperature and high-pressure hydrothermal reaction, and the product has won ISO9001 certification. It has excellent performance under the temperature of 650ºC. The greatest advantage is it can provide nice protection to pipelines since it with super-low chloride ion content. Thanks to the improvement of producing technology, we have reduced the thermal conductivity from 0.065 to 0.049 at present.

Characteristics:
1.Good durability, can bear high temperature within the limit of continuous heat load.
2.Non-deformation within the temperature range.
3.Low thermal conductivity, in the whole range are used with unmatched adiabatic performance.
4.Light weight, high strength. It is the highest in these hard thermal insulation products.
5.Better durability, use for a long time without powder.
6.Construction with ordinary carpenter applicability, tools can be optional cut products.
7.Used safety, hygiene. Excluding asbestos, sulfur, chlorine such poisonous substances.
8.Fear water, but after drying also can be used.
It's commonly applied in insulation projects such as: tank and tank base, pipeline, vessel, equipment, cryogenic ship, etc. for petroleum, chemical, refrigeration, underground projects, shipbuilding, national defense and residential construction industries. It can be applied in severe environment like: low & cryogenics / hot temperature, underground, outdoors, flammable, wet, and chemical etc.
